Recently, the wind power company successfully passed the Workplace Conditions Assessment (WCA) social responsibility assessment by Intertek, achieving an excellent score of 91 and officially receiving the "Achievement Award" certificate on May 9, 2025. This signifies that the company's labor rights, safety and health, management systems, environment, and business practices meet international standards, enhancing customer trust in the "SNWE" brand.
During the company's assessment, auditors conducted a comprehensive, in-depth, and high-intensity review of the company's social responsibility system through on-site inspections of workshops to track execution details, employee interviews to clarify management concepts, and document reviews to verify regulatory compliance.
This audit, commissioned by the German Flender Group and conducted by the internationally recognized Intertek, was a comprehensive "check-up" of the wind power company, marking the company's first such wide-ranging social responsibility assessment. As a strategic supplier to the Flender Group, this third-party social responsibility system audit was a crucial hurdle for the company, directly impacting the ability of its products to enter the EU market; it was an essential "entry ticket"!
Successfully passing the audit and obtaining the WCA certificate is not only an authoritative endorsement of the company's existing management system but also demonstrates the company's core social responsibility values of "employee-centric, quality-based, and responsibility-first." In the future, the company will use this audit as an opportunity to continuously improve its management system and build a solid foundation for sustainable development; to uphold humanistic care and ensure employee rights, fostering strong team cohesion; and to actively practice social responsibility and establish a positive corporate social image.
